Hi my name is Derek McGuire and I’ve worked for M & M Heating and Cooling for 15 years. I’ve worked under my father Paul for many years. I received my HVAC training from Minuteman Tech High School. I have my Refrigeration License, Osha 30 card, and training with Amana and Goodman. Now co owner of M & M I’am the head estimator, installer, and service technician.
